the payment send a short letter stating your name, address, phone number, a
valid e-mail address, and a signed statement of your age. For checks, leave the
"pay to" section blank as I will stamp it when it arrives. Allow
up to 2 weeks for processing and checks to clear. Upon receipt of payment (and
clearing of checks) I will e-mail you a username and password.
